As many of you know, our daughter Kacy has battled Uveitis for most of her life, since an early diagnosis at the age of 5. She is now 21 years old, and she is doing incredibly well, all things considered. We are so grateful for the team of doctors she has had along the way, fighting the fight for her vision and staying by her side every step of the way. Our hearts go out to Dr. Steven Bennett, Dr. Erick Bothun, Dr. John Nilsen, Dr. Richard Vehe, Dr. Tom Samuleson, Dr. Alison Blaksted, Dr. Steven Foster, and so many others who have helped save Kacy's vision with their steadfast brilliance, passion and expertise in this very rare medical area. Without each of them, things would likely be much different for her.
